Each year, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.enr.com\/Year-In-Construction-Photo-Contest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ENR\u2019s Year in Construction Photo Contest<\/a><\/strong> showcases the most captivating moments from job sites across the country, highlighting the grit, determination, and craftsmanship that define the construction industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are incredibly proud to announce that <strong>Jesus Hernandez<\/strong>, Field Manager at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crossland.com\/crossland-heavy-contractors\/\">Crossland Heavy Contractors<\/a>, was among the winners in this year\u2019s competition! His <strong>award-winning photo<\/strong>, captured on an <strong>iPhone<\/strong>, tells a powerful story of teamwork, precision, and dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Story Behind The Shot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The winning image was taken at a <strong>treatment plant project<\/strong>, where crews were tasked with setting gates on a tight schedule.
